Praise the LORD, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples.
“All you Nations”
Jesus came into the world to offer salvation to all who would turn to him in repentance and faith (Mark 1:15, John 3:16-17).
Therefore the gospel is for all people – for Jews and Gentiles (Romans 15) – for people of all different races, genders and skin colours.
We are all equal in Christ. We are all sinners who need a saviour, and Jesus is the only one who can take our sin and God’s wrath. It is only through faith in him that we are forgiven.
- We need to be ready to share the gospel with anyone who will listen. Regardless of who they are or where they came from.
- We also need to be ready to fellowship and praise God with people of any race, colour or background if they claim to be Christians.
In Christ we are all equal – there is no room for racism.
There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:28)
